Tips to stop craving for food

Sometimes we feel that we crazily craving for a certain food, especially sweet stuff or chocolate. Once in a while, this cravings would be normally but when it come to a level which we cannot control anymore we have to find a way to stop it. How to stop the cravings for food. I have a very useful tips.
1. Pick up the food which you craving on one hand
2. Take up something with foul smell on the other hand
3. close your eyes, visualize the food with something digustings
4. Do this for few times a day.
The steps will help you brainwash you and you will soon lose interest in that food.
