What happened recently in Malaysia, is a mother  safely delivered her baby  when on board of AirAsia Flight AK 6506 on Oct 21 when the aircraft was about 800m in the air. The flight was sheduled from Penang to Kuching but then was diverted to the low-cost carrier terminal in LCCT when Liew went into premature labour. The airline has presented Liew and the baby free flight tickets for life to celebrate the birth. At the same time, the baby boy has been named Asia Liew Ya Hang. ‘Ya Hang’ means ‘AirAsia’ in Mandarin.

It is still in use today and still irrigates over 5,300 square kilometers of land in the region. This is one of the engineering marvel built by the Chinese over two thousand year ago and still standing strong even after the SiChuan earthquake last year!!
